With 8+ years of experience in Corporate Health Management and mental well-being, Tamara bridges two worlds that rarely meet:
the practicality of organizational strategy and the depth of somatic transformation.

Her work is grounded in the belief that sustainable performance starts with safety in the body, not with pushing harder or thinking smarter.
She helps leaders and teams reconnect to their natural capacity for presence, clarity, and empathy, so their performance feels both powerful and human.

    Both. Programs can be tailored for leadership teams, HR departments, or general staff. The common focus is building emotional intelligence, resilience, and embodied communication that improves team culture and wellbeing.

    Most trainings focus on mindset and behavior. Somatic Change works one layer deeper, with the nervous system. We don’t teach coping, we teach regulation.

    Different formats are possible. Most organizations start with a 2–3 hour interactive workshop or a 1-day training. For lasting impact, I also design ongoing learning journeys and coaching series that integrate somatic tools into daily work life.
