Somatic Change is a body-based approach to leadership and stress management. It combines neuroscience, trauma-informed principles, and practical regulation tools to help leaders and teams handle pressure with more calm, clarity, and connection.
2. How is this different from other leadership or stress management trainings?
Most trainings focus on mindset and behavior. Somatic Change works one layer deeper — with the nervous system. We don’t teach coping — we teach regulation.
