Cocoon is a biweekly rhythm — a place to keep meeting yourself deeper and deeper.
It’s not a course or a program, but a living field of practice where you can stay connected to your body, your process, and your unfolding.

Every two weeks, we gather online for a guided somatic embodiment journey —
to ground, release, and realign with what’s true.


In community, you can rest, move, feel, and keep integrating the shifts that begin in therapy or personal work — without needing a 1:1 session.



Cocoon is where deep rest meets ongoing self-integration —
where you can continue growing while staying soft.

What Is Cocoon?

Cocoon is a communal space for humans who are already on the path of self-awareness and integration.
It’s a way to keep tending to what’s alive in you — your nervous system, your emotions, your patterns — in rhythm, together.

Each gathering is a somatic journey: sometimes grounding, sometimes expressive, sometimes deeply still, but always explorative in nature.
There’s room to share and connect if you wish, but attendance and presence are just as welcome.
You don’t have to “do it right.”
You can simply arrive — exactly as you are.

Why Cocoon Matters


Cocoon is community, embodied care, and radical rest wrapped into one. If your body has been doing the holding for too long, may this be the space where you arrive home to yourself again.


Healing doesn’t happen in one breakthrough moment.
It happens in cycles — when you attune again and again, to your body, your truth, your rhythm.

Cocoon gives you a place to continue integrating,
to let new awareness settle,
to feel held between sessions or phases of your journey.


When bodies rest and regulate together, something ancient happens — our nervous systems remember safety through co-regulation.


This shared rhythm becomes medicine: a steady pulse that helps your body trust itself again.

Cocoon is not about fixing.
It’s about continuity — a return to connection as a way of life.

  • How It Works:

    Every 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month, we meet online for a 75-minute guided session that includes:


    • A live somatic embodiment journey (rest, regulation, exploration, with monthly themes)
    • Optional space for reflection, sharing and group experiences
    • A replay for continued practice
    • Occasional journal or embodiment prompts between sessions

    You can join as you are — tender, curious, or grounded — and stay as long as you wish.

    Cocoon can be your rhythm of self-care, integration, and belonging.
